On this edition of 30 on 3D, Sales Engineer Hudson Romain introduces WRAPCure, the newest solution from Onulis. Adding to their WRAP platform, WRAPCure allows users to automatically post-cure DLP parts.
Curing on the WRAP is also more efficient than historic solutions, which required users to manually flip their parts so that UV lights could reach and cure all sides. In addition, monitoring was required to prevent warpage due to excessive heat, a tedious and time-consuming process.
WRAPCure provides fully automatic operation. Its elevated, transparent turntable is positioned between upper and lower UV lights, allowing for complete and consistent curing of your DLP parts. This eliminates the need for manual flipping. Plus, its long-lasting LED bulbs provide the optimal temperature and UV wavelength, avoiding warpage and ensuring strong mechanical properties, and dimensional accuracy of your parts.
When waste resin needs to be handled, you can quickly convert your WRAPCure back into a waste resin printer in under 60 seconds. Purple Platypus is excited to offer WRAP and WRAPCure. Our customers are finding real value in these Onulis products, and we’re sure you will too. If your interested in learning more, contact us today.
