PRODUCTION PARTS &
BEST-IN-CLASS CONSISTENCY
Built for high-volume, short-run production, the Stratasys H350 3D printer gives you control of your materials, workflow, and costs – while delivering consistency and accuracy print after print.
Meet high production demands with the Stratasys H350 powder bed fusion 3D printer & stay competitive with best-in-class consistency.
Achieve Superior Part Quality & Repeatability
Create parts with a uniform, smooth surface without worrying about “orange peel” imperfections found in other technologies.
The system allows you to print both low and high volumes and small and large parts in a single build.
Print More Parts
The system offers higher nesting density than competing technologies, allowing you to fit more parts into a single build.
It also uses long-lasting Piezo print heads, unlike opposing systems that often experience print head failures, ensuring reliable performance for years.
Maximized Material Efficiency
The system allows you to reuse more powder, reducing material costs and lowering the cost per part.
Designed for production printing, it enables you to create both prototypes and end-use parts in the same build, offering a significant advantage in efficiency and versatility.
Effective Build Size: 315 x 208 x 293 mm (12.4 x 9.18 x 11.53 in.)
Effective Build Volume: 19.2 l (5.07 gal)
Layer Thickness: 0.004 in.
Build Time To A Full Build: 11.62 hrs.
Materials: Stratasys High Yield PA11, PA12, PolyPropylene
Material Biocompatibility: ISO10993-5 (Cytotoxicity), ISO10993-10 (Skin Irritation & Sensitization)
PA11, with high ductility, impact, and fatigue resistance, offers excellent nesting density and part consistency for large production yields, and is also eco-friendly, being 100% bio-based from sustainable castor oil.
PA12 provides top geometric accuracy in PBF, with high stiffness, HDT, and low costs, while the H350’s thermal control ensures consistent parts and high nesting densities, making it ideal for precise applications such as housings and large flat parts.
PolyPropylene is the most requested polymer in traditional manufacturing due to its high chemical resistance, low weight, and low cost.
