Injection-Molding Comparable Surface Finish
The Origin Two delivers high surface smoothness while maintaining print speeds of less than 20mm/hour. Its patented pneumatic mechanism allows for lower separation force, enabling fewer supports while printing. Many P3/DLP materials have superb surface qualities that require little to no finishing.

Exceptional Accuracy & Repeatability
The Origin Two is exceptional at printing parts that come out almost exactly the same every time. Most tiny features remain extremely consistent—about 95% are within 0.05 mm of the average, and nearly all (99.7%) are within 0.1 mm.
That level of accuracy is comparable to traditional injection molding, which is the gold standard for mass production. It also means the printer can reliably produce parts across different machines, builds, and materials without much variation.The bottom line is that you can expect very consistent, production-quality parts with tight tolerances, not just one good print, but repeatable results over and over again.
