Yes, Purple Platypus offers comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Stratasys and Formlabs printers. With over 45 years of combined experience, our service technicians are truly 3D experts. Even if you don’t have an active service contract, our team can still assist with troubleshooting and repairs to get your system back up and running quickly. Through Purple Platypus University (PPU), we provide hands-on training for every Stratasys and Formlabs technology, as well as for Materialise, OMAX, and Roland. Additionally, we offer custom training, fully tailored to your company’s needs.
As the only Stratasys Certified Training Center outside of Stratasys’ Minnesota headquarters, we provide hands-on training tailored to real world applications. Our training will help you improve workflows and get the most out of your 3D printers. Our Stratasys Certified courses are pre-requisites for Stratasys Level 3 trainings. We offer four standard class types:
Open – Join a scheduled class with participants from multiple companies. These sessions cover foundational and advanced topics, allowing attendees to learn from both the instructor and peer experiences.
Exclusive – Designed specifically for your company, these private sessions focus on your team’s applications, materials, and files, providing a customized learning experience at our training facility.
Exclusive Plus – Includes all the benefits of the Exclusive class, along with an on-site technical visit and one year of Application Engineering support for continued guidance and implementation assistance.
Stratasys Certified – Official certification courses for operators or instructors, providing in-depth instruction, advanced software training. These courses are prerequisites for the highest level of training Stratasys offers.
