Yes, Purple Platypus offers comprehensive maintenance and repair services for the 3D printers we sell and support. With over 45 years of combined experience, our service technicians are truly Stratasys experts. Even if you don’t have an active service contract, our team can still assist with troubleshooting and repairs to get your system back up and running quickly. Through Purple Platypus University (PPU), we provide hands-on training for every Stratasys system. PPU is the only Stratasys-Authorized Training Center on the West Coast.
We offer four types of classes:
Open – Join a scheduled class with participants from multiple companies. These sessions cover foundational and advanced topics, allowing attendees to learn from both the instructor and peer experiences.
Exclusive – Designed specifically for your company, these private sessions focus on your team’s applications, materials, and files, providing a customized learning experience at our training facility.
Exclusive Plus – Includes all the benefits of the Exclusive class, along with an on-site technical visit and one year of Application Engineering support for continued guidance and implementation assistance.
Stratasys Certified – Official certification courses for operators or instructors, providing in-depth instruction, advanced software training. These courses are prerequisites for the highest level of training Stratasys offers.
